1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, resalable condition (unused with tags attached)
- Original proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Return initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Non-compliance with these conditions may result in refusal of return
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom Knives: Handcrafted to your specifications
- Used Fire Starter Kits: For obvious safety reasons
- Opened First Aid Supplies: Medical hygiene requirements
- Baselayers & Underwear: Unless packaging remains sealed
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our Tactical Support Team within 15 days of delivery:

- Include: Product name, reason for return, preference (refund/exchange)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 24 business hours, you’ll receive:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship
- Securely pack items in original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Affix RMA number clearly on the exterior

4. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection:
- Timeline: 3-5 business days for approval
- Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless defective)
- International: May take additional 2-3 days for bank processing
5. Exchange Process
For size or model exchanges:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Specify desired replacement item in your request
- We’ll ship new item once return is received
- Price differences handled via partial refund or invoice
