Damaged or Defective Items
For gear that arrives damaged or fails to meet our field-ready standards:

- We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost

International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
